These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Sfarzo website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Products and Orders

We endeavour to display our products and prices accurately. We reserve the right to correct errors, limit quantities, or refuse orders. Acceptance of your order is at our discretion. We will notify you if we cannot fulfil your order.

3. Payment and Pricing

Prices are as shown at the time of order. Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed (e.g. pay on delivery where available). We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed in accordance with our payment provider's terms.

4. Delivery and Shipping

We currently ship to European Union member states only. Shipping to Bulgaria is free of charge. For all other EU countries, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Delivery times and costs depend on your location and the options you select at checkout. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. We are not responsible for delays outside our control (e.g. customs, courier delays).

5. Returns and Refunds

Our returns policy is set out on the relevant product or checkout pages. You may have statutory rights (e.g. under consumer law) that are not affected by these terms. Refunds will be processed in accordance with our refund policy and applicable law.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability in connection with any order or use of the site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant products. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sfarzo operates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
